We worked with Miniclip to conceptualise and deliver a highly engaging end-of-year virtual event that brought together over 300 ‘Miniclippers’ from across the globe for an afternoon of interactive Christmas fun and entertainment.
With a focus on team building, we designed a high-energy, ‘Save Christmas’ virtual event escape room experience for fifty teams, with the overall event compèred by celebrity host Stephen Mulhern.
A custom-made Miniclip branded platform hosted an immersive digital experience, meaning participants could log on from the comfort and safety of their own homes. The content had a strong storytelling element threaded throughout a series of live streams, breakout sessions, and imaginative, creative production.
From our asembl. warehouse, we curated five different festive-themed party boxes filled with treats and surprises that would build anticipation, enhance the overall experience and help to immerse online participants during the virtual event. Each gift box was lovingly sourced, wrapped and sent by courier directly to guests’ doorsteps.
While the world was learning how to shift perspective and adapt, the asembl. team was on hand to support Miniclip with a seamless transition from live to digital experiences. The online event allowed Miniclip to reconnect and reward employees with a unique, shared celebration.
